2 FREE AC & HEAT CHECKUPS PER YEAR

Checkups per unit normally cost $69.90. As a PMA customer you will receive 1 A/C checkup and 1 Heat Checkup at no charge.

FREE REFRIGERANT

This benefit can save you hundreds over time while on the PMA. If a single unit needs more than 2 pounds of refrigerant, a leak test is required. Labor is separate. (Free 410A refrigerant up to 3 lbs. per system and occurrence. Each pound after the 3rd will be 20% off. R-22 is 20% off.)

Our PMA customers will receive 20% off labor and part rates for A/C and Heating.

SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS

Our PMA customers come first! We will be at your house and ready to work within 24 hours!

NO TRIP CHARGES

If you have a problem with your A/C or heating unit, you will not be charged a trip fee that ranges from $50 to $100 per trip. There will be a $55 diagnostic fee. (Normally $69.90)

FREE CONDENSER COIL CLEAN

An outdoor Condenser Chemical Coil clean will reduce wear and tear on a system and use less electricity. (Outdoor Coil only) Normal cost $89.90

FULLY TRANSFERABLE

If you decide to move, you can transfer the PMA program to your new house or leave it with the new homeowner.

2 YEAR UPGRADE PARTS WARRANTY

On replaced parts, a (1) year warranty on the part is included. Our PMA customers will be extended to (2) years on the part.

100% REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

We will guarantee your unit against replacement. If your complete system needs replacement, we’ll cancel & credit the full cost of the PMA program towards the cost of the new system purchased from us.

10% OFFF ATTIC INSULATION

The cheapest investment on your home is an attic insulation upgrade. As a PMA customer you will receive 10% off insulating your attic.

10% OFF ATTIC & GARAGE FANS

Attic fans can reduce the temperature in your attic which can cause your air conditioner to not work as hard and save on your electric bill. Garage fans can help reduce hot temperatures inside the garage.

10% OFF AIR PURIFIERS

Air purifiers will treat every room in the house for purification. Air purifiers are installed in the HVAC system.
